LDS Tools

LDS Tools allow ward membership clerks to save paper and report generation time by generating consolidated membership lists and reports. The clerk simply uploads three data files and several consolidated reports are generated in PDF format. These include:

• Bishop's Report
  A consolidated report of all members with contact info, callings, home and visiting teachers.
• Palm Import File
  A text import file to use to import the ward list into your Palm or other PDA. One record per family with contact info, birthdays, and home and visiting teachers.
• Phone List
  A quick one-page phone list.
• Ward Directory
  A multipage directory for ward members including each family member's name and birthday, address, and phone number.

This feature requires a user name and password. This is for two reasons. First, you will be uploading files onto our server (not something you want the general public to do). Second, your options and settings will be saved.

You delete all data from the server once you are through downloading your reports. While the data is on our servers it is stored on our private network servers which are only accessable from our application servers. We do not store, copy, or otherwise use your data.
